Wellfleet Oyster Festival
The annual Wellfleet OysterFest is scheduled for: October 18-19, 2025. As always, the Wellfleet OysterFest does not disappoint. People drive from as far away as New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and Rhode Island to enjoy fresh shucked oysters right here in Wellfleet!
20,000 people walk through festival entrances paying a small admission fee, this comes from an effort to keep the event safe and sustainable for years to come. Proceeds from the OysterFest fund the Wellfleet Oyster Alliance’s educational mission including a local college scholarship program and community grant awards. To date (2025), the Wellfleet Oyster Alliance has given close to $1,000,000 to the local community.
Shuttle transportation to and from your parked vehicles located at Newcomb Hollow Beach, White Crest Beach and Lecount Hollow Beach.
The Wellfleet Oyster Alliance is a non-profit organization that promotes education and exposure to our vibrant shellfishing industry.
