Surfing in Wellfleet

Wellfleet is known for its beautiful sandy beaches that line both the bayside and oceanside of Cape Cod. One of the fun activities to try while on your next vacation to The Southfleet is surfing. We have a long-standing community of locals who surf the salt waters of Cape Cod year-round and they are always willing to teach others how to do the same. 

Whether you are new to surfing or an avid surfer there are plenty of options for you while visiting Wellfleet. 

You can rent surfboards and take them out on your own or you can sign up for a surf lesson. Places like Sugar Surf Cape Cod and Sacred Surf School offer lessons for individuals and groups.  Sickday Surf Shop offers surfboard rentals.

All ages can learn to surf, making this a fun family activity.
