Ice water as far as the eye can see. The Winters here on Cape Cod have been bringing very cold weather which in turn freezes the bay. The waves on the ocean side turn into slushy waves and the waves dig away at the sand exposing shipwrecks from long ago. For those who do not visit Cape Cod in the winter you are missing out on a experience like no other. There is plenty to see and do. Brisk walks through the woods. Lunch in a heated car while watching the waves crash. Enjoying sightseeing without traffic and lines. We do enjoy the “time off” in the winter but we also can’t wait until re-opening day for 2018! Let the countdown to Summer begin!
