The Southfleet Motor Inn Celebrates 40 Years of Providing Comfortable Accommodations to Travelers

Wellfleet, MA – The Southfleet Motor Inn, a family-owned motel located on Cape Cod, is proud to announce its 40th anniversary of providing quality lodging to travelers. Purchased in 1983 by the Sverid family, the motel has become a trusted name in the hospitality industry.

Over the past four decades, The Southfleet has welcomed countless guests from all over the world. The motel offers 32 spacious rooms equipped with modern amenities such as high-speed internet, Flat Screen TVs, air conditioning, and mini-fridges. Guests can also enjoy the motel’s outdoor and indoor pools, hot tub, sauna, picnic area, bbq grill and guest laundry.

In 2013, The Southfleet transitioned to the next generation of the family by welcoming Alex Laughlin and wife Dakota as managers.

To celebrate its 40th anniversary, The Southfleet will be hosting a series of events throughout the 2023 summer season. The events will include special discounts, promotions, and giveaways for guests.
