Our Rooms

Our recently refurbished and renovated rooms are tailor-made for your comfort. Bed sizes include either a King or Queen. And, our staff is on duty around the clock. Linens and towels are changed daily while you are enjoying all that Cape Cod has to offer - - beaches, nature trails, golf, bicycle trails, whale watches, wonderful restaurants, and all of the art galleries and museums.

2 Queen Beds
Wake up to freshly brewed coffee in bed using the amenities that are standardin our 2 Queen Bed guest room. Additional amenities include free WiFi, hairdryer, large refrigerator with freezer, cable television with HBO and telephone. Each room has its own thermostat to control your air conditioning or heat, depending upon the time of year you visit with us.

1 King Bed
Wake up to freshly brewed coffee in bed using the amenities that are standard in our 1 King Bed guest room. Additional amenities include free WiFi, hairdryer, large refrigerator with freezer, cable television with HBO and telephone. Each room has its own thermostat to control your air conditioning or heat, depending upon the time of year you visit with us.

Deluxe Family Room
Wake up to freshly brewed coffee in bed using the amenities that are standard in our Deluxe Family guest room. Additional amenities include free WiFi, hairdryer, large refrigerator with freezer, cable television with HBO, pull out couch with queen size bed and telephone. Each room has its own thermostat to control your air conditioning or heat, depending upon the time of year you visit with us.

1 Queen Bed or 1 Double Bed

Our grounds are meticulously cared for and our pools, both indoor and outdoor, are tended to daily for your continuous comfort. Bicycles are offered on site, too, and the Cape Cod Rail Trail, miles and miles of bicycle trails, are across the street from the Southfleet.

Our rooms are spacious and well appointed, and we suppose you could simply enjoy your stay within. However, with all of the other features the Southfleet offers, and especially with the beautiful surroundings of the Outer Cape, you'll be well satisfied enjoying a good night's sleep in between your fun-filled days out and about.
