What a gem on the Cape!! The rooms were spacious, exceptionally clean and well stocked with towels, a cable TV and working A/C. The ownership and staff are fabulous!! Located near the National Seashore at Marconi Beach and very close to local events and town functions. Outside and indoor pools were wonderful and the water temperature was ideal. A grill for BBQ and close line to dry towels and swimsuites are also available. I have been to the Cape many times and this motor inn is the best price value and the most hospitable staff I have experienced. I am definitely returning next year and maybe again this year before the season ends. This is one enjoyable accommodation and everyone should experience a few days here.
