Summer is almost gone- soon it will be Labor Day Weekend and our beautiful Fall Season will start. The Southfleet Family have said our goodbyes to our wonderful summer help as they go off to school. Good luck in the coming school year to Tina, Jesse, Suzanne, Amy, Kendra, Candice and Randi. We wish you well and look forward to your return next summer.

Massachusetts celebrates the very beginnings of this nation on Monday , April 20 th. The Southfleet Motor Inn celebrated with the installation of a beautiful new flagpole and flag at the edge of the property near Route 6. It is truly a breathtaking sight with the wind blowing ” Old Glory”.
It is almost New Years and the weather here is actually in the 40′s, which is really good for this time of year. The Weather Channel does say that we have colder weather coming soon however. We did have some snow on the ground for Chirstmas which was a nice touch for the holidays. We are off to Maine for the New Year for a week vacation and are excited to enjoy 18 inches of snow up there. HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
The Spring has finally begun here at the Southfleet. Memorial Day is the first big weekend of the season here on Cape Cod and the weather is unbeatable. Sunny and 67 degrees. Our outdoor pool is now open and our indoor pool and hot tub are also open. We are full this weekend with visitors from all over and we couldn’t be happier with the turn out. This weekend is always a big hit with families just before school lets out for the summer. Come on down and walk on the lovely Cape Cod beaches and stroll the shops in downtown Wellfleet.
