Just across the street from our motel here in Wellfeet you will find the White Cedar Swamp Trail as well as Marconi National Seashore Beach.  Both of which are great places to visit on your next trip to Cape Cod.  The cedar swamp trail is a 1.5 mile nature trail through the Wellfleet woods and cedar swamp.  This trail is great for families of all ages and goes up hills, down hills, through a swamp and over sand.  You will notice all kinds of tree’s and different types of animals on your walk.  you can also visit the location where Marconi setup the first ever transatlantic wireless communication between the U.S. and England in 1903.
